Probably not a good idea anyway.....

Yesterday, the largest beef recall in U.S history was made. Over 143 million pounds of beef from the Westland/Hallmark Beef Co. which supplies beef to a number of public schools, Jack in the Box, and the In-N-Out Burger......

The good news is, hopefully you already ate it..........the recall goes back to February of 2006. So if you have some beef thats been sitting around in your fridge for 2 years, the USDA would highly suggest you don't eat it. But only cause the slaughterhouse was really mean to the cows, not because it might be past its expiration date a little......
